Refund policy

You may return any item(s) purchased from our website for any reason within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment, assuming the packaging seal of the interior pages has not been broken. We will gladly exchange your product for any of our other products, or provide a full refund. 

Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the product is received at our warehouse. 

Please ensure you include your packing slip and/or order number with your return. Failure to do so may result in increased processing time of your exchange or refund. 

Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee of $7.00, which will be deducted from the overall order value once the item is received by our warehouse.  We recommend you ask for tracking for your return as we  cannot take responsibility for returns lost by carriers.
